CNC Machining involves the use of computers to control machine tools. Our computerized equipment enables us to efficiently run production quantities of parts, each to identical standards.
Having the latest Master CAM technologies enables us to design and program parts from a 3D model. We offer CNC milling, CNC turning, as well as manual milling and turning.
Keddie’s up-to-date CNC machining equipment includes Haas VF-1, VF3 and VCF-4 machines and Okuma Lathe.
Keddie’s equipment supports machining and fabricating to the following specifications:
Milling:
- Up to 24” x 48” x 24” height pieces
CNC Turning
- Up to 2 - 1/2” diameter x 9” length
Manual Turning
- Up to 6” diameter x 36” length
Fabrication
Keddie’s fabrication equipment includes CNC Amada brakes, turret punches and shears.
